Meet the Trail Hosts
Hi! Welcome to Oregon Trail Glamping and RV Park! We are Randal and Bethany Miller with our two children, Creed and Addie. Hiawatha has been our home now for 10 years and we have grown to love this community.
As we began to learn about the history of our town we discovered that the Oregon Trail ran through a portion of what is now the city. The trail was laid in 1811-1840 and was a path for the folks migrating west in covered wagons. Its no accident that the main street through town is named Oregon Street. Our vision is to bring a glimpse of this history to life in a roadside park and glamping destination. For travelers stopping in for the night, they can have an unforgettable lodging experience in one of the covered wagons, tipis, or cabins. Full RV hookups are available as well. We hope you enjoy a relaxing stay with family, games, a crackling campfire, and little piece of history come to life!
